Pursuit of Longevity account notifications by text message
Program: Pursuit of Longevity Medical Corporation ("the clinic") sends account notifications by SMS to patients who opt in: an invitation to sign in to the patient portal, a one-time sign-in code when you ask for one, reminders that something in your portal needs attention (a scheduled visit, a scheduled daily task, a new message from the clinic) and delivery updates for a kit you ordered. Messages never contain clinical content. The clinic does not send marketing or promotional texts.
How you opt in: by giving your mobile number and ticking "Text me account notifications" on the portal sign-up form, or by adding your number under Account › Phone sign-in. Message frequency varies with your care plan; typically up to 10 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply.
How you opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; reply HELP for help, or contact the clinic through the portal. Stopping texts does not affect your care; the same notices reach you by email and in the portal.
Privacy: your mobile number is used for these notifications and for signing in. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy notice for how the clinic handles your information.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
