Pursuit of Longevity Medical Corporation is a physician-led telehealth practice for residents of California. Care is directed by a licensed California physician and delivered through this portal: an intake questionnaire, at-home laboratory testing, a physician-reviewed plan, and ongoing follow-up.
How it works
- You are invited by the clinic and create an account — sign-in is by a one-time code to your phone or a link to your email; there is no password.
- You complete the intake questionnaire and sign the clinic's consents and disclosures in the portal.
- A baseline laboratory kit is shipped to you; results are released to you after your physician has reviewed them.
- Your physician records a decision; the portal turns it into your plan, your protocol sheets and any prescriptions.
- Follow-up, messages, refills and check-ins run through the portal.

If you opt in on the sign-up form, the clinic sends account notifications by SMS — sign-in codes, reminders that something in the portal needs your attention, and kit delivery updates.
